Chief Communications Officer and VP, Marketing, Lynxspring and Connexx Energy
Marc leads Lynxspring's and Connexx Energy's corporate and product marketing strategy and execution, brand management, public relations and communications to support strategic and growth initiatives. Prior to joining Lynxspring and Connexx Energy, Marc was the Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications at Tridium where he was responsible for leading the development and execution of global brand management, marketing, strategic communications, media, public relations and electronic strategies. While at Tridium, Marc's efforts contributed to the company averaging double-digit growth, built the Niagara Framework, the company’s flagship technology, into the defacto industry standard, built a brand and ecosystem value that exceeded $1B, transformed the company’s user conference into an industry-wide event, and contributed to transforming the Intelligent Buildings and M2M industries. Prior to Tridium, Marc oversaw the technology practices for leading marketing consulting and advertising/communications firms where he worked with company’s including IBM, Technicolor, AT&T, Red Hat, ADC, Hewlett Packard and several others.
Marc is a contributing author, noted speaker and recognized industry leader having earned Realcomm’s Top 35 People to Watch for the last six years in a row, M2M Magazines Who’s Who in M2M, a Digital Impact Award and several other industry accolades. He been a recipient of the Niagara Community Spirit Award and most recently, the recipient of the ControlTrends Award (CTA), the “Petock Award”, now an annual industry award named in his honor. Marc serves on the Board of Directors of Connexx Energy, Project Haystack and as an advisor to Realcomm.
